1. I wanted to share with everyone our journey as we break into this new industry.
2. Create some virtual accountability as I share our goals.
3. Be able to record my actions and then review and adjust if the results are not ideal.
4. Possibly educate others thinking about getting into real estate as we share our experiences for this first year.
